A: To see the complete catalogue with details about wholesale prices, you need to be a member of us. Being a member of us is very easy.
Please click the "Register" menu to create your own account and start being our memebr.
Once you have an account with us,please login to your account and you will see all the details of products with wholesale prices.
Q: How can I create an account with you?
A: Please click on the 'Register' menu to create your account.
Q: I have completed the register form but haven't yet received the welcome email. What should I do?
A: Please check your SPAM/BULK email folder for our email. If the email is there, please move the email to your inbox folder and add our email address service@muaythaiwholesale.com to your trusted/business email list.

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Please browse our product catalogue and add items you would like to buy into your shopping cart.
On the shopping cart page, enter quantity of each product. You will see shipping rate and total you will need to pay. (Please select the 'Ship to' country to see the shipping rate) Once you are ready to check out, click 'Check out' button. Please follow the instruction of the checking out pages to place your order with us.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Credit/Debit Card through PayPal. Western Union and Money Gram money transfer are also welcome.

Q: What shipping services do you use?
A: We ship worldwide through EMS (Express Mail Service) only.
Each parcel has a tracking number and can be tracked online.
Q: How long does a parcel take until it reachs me?
A: We ship from Thailand via EMS (Express Mail Service) which normally takes 4-7 business days for most countries. If the items you order are made-to-order/out-of-stock, extra time is needed for production.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Please click 'My Account' link on the top right of our home page. Log on using your email and password.
Then, select 'View open orders' and click on an order number to see the current status of the order.
Q: What if some of the items I order are out-of-stock or made-to-order?
A: For out-of-stock or made-to-order items, extra days for production are needed. Production time varies between 2-8 weeks. Please check this information on each product page.
Q: Can I order any custom items like shorts, trunks, or gloves?
A: Yes. We can also do customized gear. Please email us if you need them.
Q: Is there a minimum order required?
A: Yes, each order needs to meet our minimum of 300 USD.
Q: How long does it take until I receive my order?
A: If all the items you order are in-stock, we can dispatch them via EMS within next 48 hours (after your payment is clear).
If some or all the items are out-of-stock or made-to-order, please allow 2-8 weeks to process your order at factory.
Once the production finishes, we dispatch your whole order immediately.
Delivery time from Thailand to most countries via EMS (Express Mail Service) varies between 4-7 business days.
Q: Do I need to pay any tax or import duty?
A: Your country may charge import duties, taxes, and fees that you may have to pay head of delivery. Customs in your country
randomly check parcels and sometimes collect import duties,taxes,and fees while sometimes they do not charge for anything.
If you need any document with your parcel, please let know when you place an order.
Q: My parcel has been returned to you? Can you send the parcel to me again?
A: Yes, we can. We can resend the parcel to you with a charge. If your parcel returns to us with some reasons e.g. wrong shipping address,
unclaimed by addressee, refused by addressee, etc, we can resend the parcel to you again after we receive a new payment
for postage/delivery cost. We may need to check your shipping address and provide us with a new and correct one.
No refund will be issued.
Q: Can I make some changes to my order before shipped?
A: It depends. If all the items you order are in stock, it's not possible to make any change as we normally dispatch your order immediately within 12 hours. For an order with some made-to-order items, changing is sometimes possible within the first 48 hours. However, if the production of the items has been started, changing is not possible.
Therefore, before summitting your order, please make sure that your order are correct.
